Just had a tooth extraction at OM3 Oral Surgery in Snohomish, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The entire staff was professional, friendly, and welcoming. As an active-duty service member, I really appreciated how accommodating they were with my schedule and getting me seen quickly. Dr. Gross and his assistants at both the Everett and Snohomish locations were phenomenal. They provided great guidance, answered all my questions, and made the entire process as comfortable as possible. 5 out of 5 stars! I’d give 6 stars if I could. The first question I asked after surgery was whether I could work out or do any physical activity, and Dr. Gross quickly said, “No!” 😂 All jokes aside, I highly recommend OM3 Oral Surgery to anyone needing oral surgery. Outstanding care and customer service.

Dr Gross and his Lead Sam were Awesome! I was scared about having my teeth removed with novocaine only and the care they gave me was amazing ensuring that my mouth was numb and the teeth removed without pain. The procedure was incredible from start to finish I will refer OM3 to others Now I know why OM3 is always busy, They give Quality Care. Thank you, OM3

I was really nervous going into my tooth extraction, but the entire experience turned out amazing. The staff was so kind, patient, and reassuring from the moment I walked in. The doctor was incredible gentle, professional, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt truly cared for. I highly recommend them to anyone needing dental work, especially if you’re feeling anxious like I was. Thank you for making what I feared would be a stressful experience so smooth and positive!

I recently had a tooth extraction at OM3 Oral Surgery and had an excellent experience. The staff was polite, professional, and very welcoming from start to finish. Dr. Gross and his assistant did a wonderful job helping me relax and making the procedure comfortable and essentially painless. They worked together as a great team and treated me with genuine respect and care. I especially appreciated the follow-up phone call from Dr. Gross later in the day to check on how I was doing and answer any questions. That level of personal attention really stood out. I highly recommend OM3 Oral Surgery for anyone needing oral surgery care.

My husband had two extractions today with Dr. Altmann and his dental assistant Kymberly. The procedure went well. We are very happy with the whole experience from the front office to the procedure room. A special thank you to Kymberly for her kindness and patience with a very anxious patient! We appreciate you! We also received a follow up call this evening from Dr. Altmann checking in to make sure Gary was doing well. Many thanks!
